We have owned the couch for a few months now, and for the most part, really enjoy it. The downside...the pillows constantly need to be fluffed and realigned (taking the insert out and struggling with it to make it look full and even in the case) a few times a week. If you don't mind your couch pillows looking a bit deshevaled and a bit sloppy...the couch is awesome.

my wife loves it. my neighbors love it. i love it. I almost cant believe its made by hand and is just ten days?? You usually have to choose: quality vs turnaround. Benchmade though, found a way to give you the best of both worlds. the couch is especially spacious and the throw pillows it comes with fee so nice I might just swap them out for my bed pillows, oops!
