We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Most comfortable couch I've ever had. The Shepherd Flint fabric is so soft and looks great. Pairs well with the Shepherd Metal throw pillows (small lumbar). The firm cushions are just what I needed. Support was also very responsive to questions. Standard delivery was easy and unpacking the couch was relatively straightforward for one person to do. My dog took to it immediately, and the fabric hides her hair well.

We love our OG Couch Potato Sofa with Chaise. It's comfy and my daughter has spilled multiple items and we were able to wipe up the mess very easily off the performance fabric. I'm reducing the stars because we paid extra money for a "white glove delivery" and the delivery service was poor. They arrived smelling a little like alcohol. We asked them to deliver the unit through our sliding door to move the couch into the Living Area. Upon delivery, they hit the slider and I didn't realize they had damaged it until after they left. We took some photos and complained to Benchmade Modern and they would contact the delivery service and we never heard back from them. While I do like the couch, I think it was a waste of money to spend on the white glove delivery service and now we have to repair the damage done to the sliding door.

Super comfy couch that with a slight customization led to a perfect fit providing the maximum amount of couch for my small space. Great service from Star & Mike throughout the process. They helped with the size customization and delaying the shipping slightly to accommodate ease of delivery on my end. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Many thanks and will definitely recommend. Now if I can just get the pups to make room for me!

Love love love my sofa! Got the OG with the chaise in caramel leather. Big purchase for me but I wanted something that wouldn’t be garbage in a couple years. I was nervous to buy a couch online but Benchmade nailed it. So beautiful, comfortable and well built. Being able to customize the size and fabric is so key. Get the swatches so you can see colors irl. Can’t wait for it to patina and get scratched and look like a cool old leather couch too.

First off, Benchmade delivered on nearly every promise. The build quality seems great, delivery was fast and painless, and we love the design of the couch. Our sole disappointment was that the Charles Basil fabric is a significant departure (in our eyes) from marketing materials. The first photos represent Benchmade marketing and customer submitted photos of the Charles Basil fabric. The second and third photos are the actual color we received, which seem muted and much less vibrant than we expected. My wife and I both want to love this couch, but the color is making it difficult for us.
