We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

When spending this much on a couch you've never seen or sat in, there's definitely going to be some nerves involved. This couch was to be the centerpiece for our game room and bar and we wanted it to be perfect. My wife and I waited on pins and needles on delivery day, mostly worried because other pieces of furniture we'd bought elsewhere had arrived damaged or was lower quality or didn't match the pictures. When it arrived we got it carried upstairs and started opening it up... And we ABSOLUTELY LOVED it! It was perfect. High quality, sturdy, amazingly soft fabric, incredibly comfortable, everything. Our dog immediately jumped up on it and went to sleep -- a great sign. We had our friends and their kids over and they fell in love as well. We spent the rest of the day hanging out watching movies, drinking wine, and overall just relaxing. Amazing purchase
