Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii, American territories and where prohibited by law.

How to Enter:
Entrants must follow the instructions provided in the official giveaway post on Instagram. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on June 19, 2025.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive an 85” Eva Sofa from BenchMade Modern in their choice of Tier 1 premium and performance fabrics. Prize includes threshold delivery only. Approximate retail value varies depending on fabric selection and location of delivery. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. Prize is non-transferable.

Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via Instagram direct message on June 20, 2025. The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. If no response is received within the timeframe, another winner will be selected.

General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless BenchMade Modern and Instagram from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with this giveaway or the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of any prize. BenchMade Modern reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
