We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

This chair is SO comfortable, very elegant, and is everything I could have ever hoped for. I saved a picture of this chair a few years ago after seeing an ad on Instagram for it, and knew that someday when I had the space, I would buy this chair. Early this year I requested samples of some fabrics I liked--anticipating that I would choose Onyx or Shark (anything monochromatic). All of the fabrics were lovely, but the Charles Vino fabric was such a rich, beautiful color that I decided to go bold and go red! I don't regret it at all. The wood on the chair is beautiful, it reclines with ease, and is a stunning statement piece in my office. Anyone who has ever sat in it has remarked that it is very comfortable.
The manufacturing time on the website was accurate, and working with the delivery service was very simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend BenchMade Modern--their products are worth the wait, and the quality is outstanding. We will be returning for a custom sectional soon!
