We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I cannot emphasize enough how much my husband and I both love our skinny fat sectional with bumper. It's nothing short of perfect! Comfort is 15 out of 10. We got the deep version (we are both tall) and it's beyond comfortable for us. I would put the quality and style and the whole package much higher than RH, which was where we had planned to purchase initially. And the cost cannot even compare to theirs, to say the least. We saved so much money and ended up with a far superior product. Can't beat that!

We absolutely love our new sofa. It was worth every penny. We were definitely nervous buying online (without being able to see and feel in person). With Benchmade you can get every single swatch sent to you quickly and for free which takes the guesswork out of choosing a color. The Skinny Fat (40" depth) is the perfect combination of refined structure and lounging comfort that is not sloppy looking. We chose the conran fabric in wheat color which is just beautiful. It's a nice nuetral tone that is not too brown and not too gray.
We were able to customize the size to our desired specifications, the manufacturing times were much faster than other companies, the reviews were great, and it's made in the USA.
They have great customer service too. When our new sofa was delivered (earlier than they estimated) and we got it all unpackaged we sadly found a hole in the back of one of the sectional pieces that appeared to be from a fork lift going through it. I contacted customer service and sent a couple pictures. They were very empathetic to the situation and immediately set out to make it right. They sent a technician to our home to repair the damage and it looks as good as new now. I would absolutely recommend this company!!
