Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Very happy with the whole experience but mostly with the end result. Sofa is beautiful, comfortable and is a great upgrade in our living room. Delivery was on time and the delivery men were very polite and professional. Will be recommending Benchmade Modern to friends.

I have to admit that we were a bit nervous to order furniture online site unseen, but our architect friend had a great experience with their order. We choose the Catalina collection because of the modern look and clean lines, but there was only one review at the time. We went ahead because of the guarantees Benchmade makes to stand behind their products. Now that the Catalina collection fills our living room, we are just thrilled. Super comfortable but firm. Elegant. Our daughter says the room feels like Christmas. We couldn't be happier with our choice. BTW, our collection includes two sofas, the chair and the ottoman.
