We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

This was my first time as a designer using Benchmade Modern and was nervous given my clients could not sit on the sofa, but the sofa turned out beautifully and is very comfortable and the client was very happy as was I. Great experience all around from ordering to delivery which was fast given it is a custom item. We are changing pillows/art and accessories but couch looks great

I absolutely love it! It is exactly what I expected from the reviews I read about your company. The workmanship is exquisite. Love the color and quality of the leather.
The only glitch was when the delivery people went to attach the legs, they didn’t have the proper tool. Fortunately my husband is a long time woodworker and we had what they needed.

Beautifully made. A modern sectional which is not bulky. Loved that I could customize the size, it fits perfectly in my small space without being overwhelming.
Love the metal legs, very different looking and contributes to a “lightness” of the sofa.
