We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

We could not have been happier when the furniture was delivered. It looks great. Unfortunately, it is extremely uncomfortable. We called several times and we told it would get better with time. It still extremely uncomfortable.

Sometimes, cushions do take a bit of time to break in and become more comfortable. However, we also offer different cushion packages and would be happy to review these options with you to find a suitable solution.
