Shipping starts at $249 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout.
After shipping, most items will arrive to your home in 2 weeks.
You can choose from either Threshold or White Glove delivery for your upholstered furniture (details here). The local delivery agents will reach out to you a few days before your delivery to schedule a day & time that work best for you.
Any other items in your order will ship separately via standard FedEx or UPS.
We want your BenchMade Modern furniture to be the perfect fit for your home, so we offer a flexible return policy. Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. After that, any custom, made-to-order items can still be returned up to 100 days after delivery for a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee (details here).

I adore my loveseat from BenchMade. It fits perfectly into my small apartment space. It is comfortable and stylish. Everyone who sees it falls in love with it and asks where I got it from. They cannot believe that I ordered it online and how quickly it was made and shipped.
I also must commend everyone in Customer Service. They could not have been nicer or more helpful.

I was recommended this piece by an online interior design company. My designer owned one so that seemed like the best rec ever. It does not disappoint. I chose Mais taupe as a good forever color. It is so soft next to your skin. I will warn you, once you lay down on it, you won’t want to get up again. Who needs a bed? The seat is nice and deep and the pillow backs are so soft. The sectional can fit my family of 4 easily. I also love that while it is super soft it still looks nice and tidy in the room.
When I opened it I was worried how the pillows were going to work as the back of the sofa is really low. Less than half of the pillow back is supported behind but it works. It provides a nice angle to support your head and back.
When I ordered I was a little nervous as it was more expensive than my typical WE/PB sofas of late. My WE couch is now a basement piece and you can really tell the difference. It’s more substantial and the materials are higher grade.
If you are going to buy a “hero” piece for your home what gets more use by your family than the sectional?! “Like Butta!!
