After shipping, most items will arrive to your home in 2 weeks.
You can choose from either Threshold or White Glove delivery for your upholstered furniture (details here). The local delivery agents will reach out to you a few days before your delivery to schedule a day & time that work best for you.
Any other items in your order will ship separately via standard FedEx or UPS.
We want your BenchMade Modern furniture to be the perfect fit for your home, so we offer a flexible return policy. Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. After that, any custom, made-to-order items can still be returned up to 100 days after delivery for a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee (details here).

The sofa bed is very attractive and seems very sturdily made. Seems as if it will hold up well over time. Loses one star because the delivery was a nightmare - despite having gotten approval for the delivery path, and checking with team several times in advance, the sofa bed is huge and would not fit through the doorway. The delivery team were excellent and flexible and found a way to deal with this (kudos to them!) but it was three hours of chaos. And gouges in my freshly painted walls!!! And no one reached out to me from Bench Made to offer any apology or compensation for my damages.

I've had my sofa for almost a month, and I'm thrilled with it. I found my way
to BenchMade Modern because it had a beautiful green velvet. The other
vendors had shades of gray and neutral. I ordered the swatch and it went
really well with a color in my oriental rug. I also ordered a template so I could
see how it fit in my living room. Once I bought the sofa, the delivery company
contacted me via email and text to schedule the delivery, and worked with me
to get an insurance certificate for my building. I got the white glove service and the delivery people unwrapped the sofa and put it together. Everyone who's seen the sofa loves it. The only thing I wish I had was a custom made pad of the same velvet, for my cat to lie on.
