You can choose from either Threshold or White Glove delivery for your upholstered furniture (details here). The local delivery agents will reach out to you a few days before your delivery to schedule a day & time that work best for you.
Any other items in your order will ship separately via standard FedEx or UPS.
We want your BenchMade Modern furniture to be the perfect fit for your home, so we offer a flexible return policy. Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. After that, any custom, made-to-order items can still be returned up to 100 days after delivery for a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee (details here).

This sofabed exceeds my highest hopes. The seat is firm and deep. Great support! The bed is comfortable and longer than the average sofabed. I am thrilled and will order my matching loveseat as soon as I have some cash. Service was impeccable. I had to get it upstairs and it is very very heavy. Customer rep sent me info sheet showing how to disassemble and reassemble, so I can carry it up! Thrilled!

We'd been shopping for a sofabed for our basement in a half-hearted sort of way for a couple of years, half-hearted for a few reasons: We weren't sure if we could fit a sofa down the stairs, didn't think the bed part of a sofabed would be as comfortable as our Aerobed, didn't particularly want to spend the money. My wife found BenchmadeModern through Wirecutter, we visited the site, loved the styles, and clicked the link to ask the owner, Edgar, about fitting a couch down the stairs. He sent a video reply with preliminary thoughts and directed us to Lisa in customer service. Fast forward 6 months and the couch is now happily in our basement. The process hasn't been flawless. There have been delays due to COVID and the couch got a couple of nicks en route to us, but the customer service has been exceptional and everything to-date has been resolved promptly and without any push-back. The couch itself is delightful: very comfortable and looks great. We haven't slept on it yet but based on a few minutes laying on it, it's much more substantial and bed-like than sofabeds we've experienced in the past. We couldn't be happier but admittedly, it's only been a week since arrival. :-)
