Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

We ordered the loveseat for out new house. We ordered the extra deep so that I could sit with my legs folded up onto the loveseat. We purchased the supportive cushions as I have some back issues. The cushions are very supportive and comfortable.
We met with BenchMade Modern via a meeting before ordering our furniture pieces. I highly recommend doing that. The employees are so helpful with picking out the fabric and the style of couches.
If you are on the fence, purchase BenchMade Modern furniture. You will not be disapointed.

I looked at a million sectionals online before finding Benchmade - so glad I did. My small space was an unusual size, so I was hesitant about a sectional, but Benchmade sent the very large paper layout to try on the floor and it gave me a great sense of how it could work. Being able to choose the length of each side of the sectional is very unique in the industry. The color swatches were great. Delivery was so fast, 5 weeks, given the world of furniture these days! A custom piece, very comfortable (got the standard fill as don't like it too soft) a great price, with outstanding customer service, both calls and emails. Could not be happier.

We had originally ordered the Crowd Pleaser model (among two beds and an ottoman) which came with an issue. Benchmade allowed us to return the sofa and swap it for a Skinny Fat model, which we love. Excellent service and quality product.
