Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I ordered the couch potato lite…I was nervous at first having never ordered a sofa online before, but the sofas exceeded my expectations for quality and comfort.. they look beautiful and stylish…. loved the generous amount of swatches they send…so important to see the fabric in your room…this company’s customer service is amazing…I originally ordered a 65” sofa and realized that a 75” would suit my layout better…reached out to customer service and I now have my 75” sofa …I have had so many compliments…the only dilemma you will have are the sofa styles are all amazing and the material swatches are gorgeous…

I had been looking at the Benchmade Modern sectionals for two years. When I finally decided, I also worked with customer service to answer questions and get ideas for color and apholstery. The experience was excellent right down to the delivery to my home. The couch is beautiful and comfortable.
I would remind anyone ordering a couch to pay special attention to the dimensions and ensuring ahead of time that the purchase will fit through all of the doors to your home or business. If it weren't for the experience and perseverence of the delivery people, I might not be enjoying my beautiful sofa today.

I waffled for far too long on buying this sofa. The quality is amazing, it arrived quickly, and you can’t beat the price for custom dimensions. One thing people didn’t mention were how heavy the cushions are. Makes them very sturdy yet still want to sink into them. Very happy!
