We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

We were understandably nervous about ordering furniture off the internet. But we have never loved a piece of furniture so much. The process was easy, the customer service and communications were great, and the ability to get the custom size we needed was critical. But the really standout of the whole process is the sectional itself. It is so beautiful and comfortable that I'm still in awe almost 3 months later. Oh yeah, the delivery guys were great too. I wish I had a bigger house so I could order more furniture from this company!
