Ordered Couch Potato Sofa in Ponti leather and am delighted. Leather is uniform and attractive, the stitching is without flaws, and the frame feels solid. Cushions (selected firmer) are firm but not board-hard. They give us comfortable back support.

Customer Service was outstanding. We had a delivery complication (no fault of Benchmade) and they were reassuring, helpful, even generous about re-working the re-delivery.

I had never sat in a BMM piece before ordering the Couch Potato 80" sofa. I hoped it would be as good as it sounded--and happily it's even better. The sofa is very well made, extremely comfortable, and delivery was FAST. Got the upgraded cushions which are decadent. (If you want firmer support, go for the regular cushions; the upgraded ones are sinkably soft.) The fabric is Shepard Steele, a creamy light greige (not too cool) that is beautifully textured and so soft to the touch. I interacted with BMM a few times about this order and their personal touch goes above and beyond other online stores. I love the sofa and am extremely impressed with BMM...so much so that I've since ordered a recliner, which I can't wait to get.
