We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Gorgeous material, super comfy. You can tell the frame is very sturdy. I've already spilled red wine on it and it beaded off instantly.
This will be a couch o keep for a long time.
Delivery was lighting fast and the white glove service was worth it as this is a heavy piece of furniture.

After 15+ years sitting on my old, way-too-broken-in sofa, it was finally time to upgrade my living space. I love the couch potato! It's large enough to snuggle into without overwhelming my space. I went with the firmer seating option and it was definitely the right choice... my hip/lower back pain is GONE. The craftsmanship is top notch and the fabric is just beautiful. And no more creaky frame! The one-on-one design service was awesome and my representative put my mind at ease when I was deciding between the two cushion options (firm or softer). Would definitely buy from Benchmade again.

I’m very happy with my purchase. My sofa looks great, the build quality is excellent, it arrived exactly when I specified, and the delivery went very smoothly. I am also very impressed with BenchMade Modern’s customer service. I had originally ordered a sofa with chaise, but because my dimensions were unusual, a customer service representative took the initiative and contacted me with more ideas.
