Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

the couch is exactly what i had hoped for! it’s crazy that i decided to buy a couch unseen but this met my expectations! I have an RH leather couch but needed to downsize and this fit the bill. the leather is slightly darker than the pictures and sample but i know it will lighten up over time.

The Crowd Pleaser Sofa is the perfect combination of comfort and style. We wanted something with a lower back, but not something so severe that comfort would be compromised. The dense back pillows offer great support. In addition, the color choices are beautiful. We settled on Flavin Jade, which looks terrific in our gray-green room. We have ordered a swivel chair in the same color to complete the look in our living room. So happy that I found Benchmade--I had been searching for a sofa for three years.
