We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

The sectional is very nice. However, it was delivered damaged and sat on its side in my house for over a month before they could get someone to fix it.

Early days and just me of family home so far but beautiful and well made sofa delivered on-time it looks beautiful and is sized perfectly for our space. I'll follow up if anything changes but damn it's nice. Got the white glove delivery, they put it in without a hitch.

I spent a lot of time searching for a great, quality couch - one that would be worth the money, a timeless design, and one that would stand up to the wear and tear from my two 80+ pound dogs. And I’m happy to say I’ve found it! It’s been over 6 months that I’ve had the couch in the Ponti Leather and I don’t have a single scratch, tear, or stain. The couch is exceptionally comfortable, with deep enough cushions to lay down on, and dense enough to feel supportive and comfortable. BMM had great communication throughout the process, especially given the COVID situation. I love my couches!!
