We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I love my benchmademodern sofa and so glad I purchased. I bought the Crowd Pleaser after speaking with someone at Benchmade. I was trying to choose between Johnny Homemaker and Crowd Pleaser. So glad I spoke to her. Size is perfect, love the velvet and I loved that if I wasn't happy I could return. Don't think I would have bought it otherwise. Have received only compliments. Very comfortable and fits perfectly in our space.

I love the streamlined clean look about these sofas. They are going into an open concept living room/family room/sun room. Light floors. Light walls. Lots of windows!
