The whole process from swatches to delivery was amazing and very thoughtfully arranged. The couch itself is the perfect size, and soooo comfortable. We've already spilled milk on the thing (yay, children) and it wiped away easily. We didn't even need to bust out any special cleaning materials! There's a spot or two where you can kind of make out the shape of the foam or cushion material edges, but I have a feeling that's gonna work itself out once we've spent more time sitting on the thing. Love the couch.

I am thrilled with this purchase. After many hours on the Reddit "buy it for life" thread, I came to explore BenchMade Modern. I ordered the swatches, the print-out, and was promptly helped by customer service at any question. Customer service confirmed this fabulous sofa would be made in Dallas, TX in the same warehouse as American Leather sofas, via the same processes. We made an exploratory trip to go sit on some American Leather sofas to get a feel for that 2.5lb foam density. Ultimately, price range, style, and quality build drove us to purchase the Eva!

It was delivered within six weeks. We ordered the Eileen Nutmeg, as is shown in many product photos. There were many awesome swatches to choose from. Within 24 hours of delivery, the fabric was put to the test as my husband tossed a pillow to me while he did not know I had a glass of white wine in my hand. Suddenly, wine on the couch. It came up effortlessly. I'm so pleased. The sofa feels so sturdy and solid. Cushions are gorgeous and comfortable. I hope it is with us for years to come!

We received our Eva Small Sectional with Bumper and it is perfect! The Marfa Caramel leather is gorgeous and the comfort factor is A++++++++++! The craftmanship of this furniture is top notch and the interior 25" seat depth is exactly what we were looking for in terms of creating a cozy media lounge experience. We were a little worried that the mafa caramel leather might be slightly too dark based on the swatch/sample we received but the finished product is exactly as we hoped it would look based on photos we saw from other reviewers. Production and shipping were relatively fast (from the day we ordered online to delivery was 47 days). White glove delivery service was excellent! We could not be happier with this 'sight unseen' shopping experience and would order again from Benchmade without hesitation.
