Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I got the Marfan sugar cookie and the color is a beautiful neutral that lightens up my room and looks good with everything. It is also a really comfortable sofa and feels like it will be durable. We are happy with this purchase for sure!

I've had the Eva for a couple of months now, and it's become my favorite sofa in the house. It's very comfortable without the feeling of sinking into the cushions too much. The performance velvet has held up well to children and daily use.
The edges of the seat cushions in the sofa's center do tend to get a little bit of extra fabric bunching up around the fill.
