We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

This recliner is absolutely stunning. Prior to purchasing, I ordered some fabric swatches from different companies that sell MCM recliners and was so impressed with the look and quality of the samples I received from BenchMade Modern. The recliner shipped quicker than anticipated, communication was excellent, and the recliner arrived in perfect condition. The fabric on the recliner is a perfect match to the swatches we received, too. I couldn’t be happier with it. We are looking into replacing our living room sectional next and I anticipate we will order from BenchMade Modern again.
