We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

This slim sofa looks great in a smaller space. Comfortable chair-height seat (for my tall family). Bench cushion keeps it looking tidy, and like the unattached back cushions, can be flipped to reduce wear. Very happy with the quality and speed to make and deliver in my choice of fabric.

The sofa is gorgeous AND comfortable, AND I ordered online sight unseen. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the workmanship and it's design. In my area--Washington DC, quality furniture stores are scant and all they offer is very large furniture. What I like so much about my Benchmade modern sofa is that it doesn't waste space yet still feels so comfortable. Thank you.

Thanks so much Benchmade Modern for my gorgeous Home Sweet Home sofa! Even though it was a long wait due to COVID 19, it was worth it! Big shout out to Katie from the Customer Service Team. She kept me up to date on the delays (due to the factory switching over to making masks), and kept a smile on our faces with her cheery emails. I highly recommend this incredible company!
