After shipping, most items will arrive to your home in 2 weeks.
You can choose from either Threshold or White Glove delivery for your upholstered furniture (details here). The local delivery agents will reach out to you a few days before your delivery to schedule a day & time that work best for you.
Any other items in your order will ship separately via standard FedEx or UPS.
We want your BenchMade Modern furniture to be the perfect fit for your home, so we offer a flexible return policy. Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. After that, any custom, made-to-order items can still be returned up to 100 days after delivery for a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee (details here).

Our two loveseats with the Marfa Java leather were delivered yesterday, white glove delivery went well. Sofas are beautiful and comfortable. I was worried they’d be hard and slippery, but even with the firmer foam + fiber cushions they are super comfy and the leather is soft and supple. Zipping the back cushions to the frame was a challenge. I recommend a glass of wine and marriage counseling before attempting it! 😆 This leather does scratch, that is part of its charm, so as the dog jumps on and off of it we are reminding ourselves that it will look beautiful as it ages! Five stars 24 hours in, will update if anything goes sideways.

Our Johnny Homemaker Sofa arrived last week and I could not be more pleased. It is a stunner- I chose the trillium wrapped cushions and performance fabric in Shepard's flint. The craftsmanship is apparent and this sofa is *heavy*! Cushions and fabric are beautifully custom, stitching is impeccable. I did pause with the price, but when it arrived I knew it was well worth it. This sofa will last 20 years! Thank you so much for making quality products.

We couldn’t be happier with this sofa. Of course we were a little apprehensive about buying a sofa online that we hadn’t seen or sat on but we were not disappointed. The build quality is stellar. The color is beautiful (we got the Charles Aluminum). And the material / fabric is really high quality. We had even bought without getting swatches first and are very pleased with our purchase. Would definitely buy again.

Delivered on time and looks great. The Johnny Homemaker was the perfect style for our family room. We always buy leather sofas because minor doggie footprints and kiddie fingerprints wipe right off, and this sofa was no exception. Thanks Benchmade Modern for a home run!
