Our lifetime warrantied frame has an advanced unidirectional webbing suspension system built on an engineered 7-ply wood frame; Medium-density foam core with thick Trillium wrap, loose seat cushions; Trillium filled loose back pillows; Fabric or leather upholstery.

Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I'm very pleased with my latest Benchmade Modern purchase. I have a sectional couch, a full-size pull-out couch and now a chaise in my home. I'm now sure where else you can go to order a couch measured and made to your specifications. Benchmade Modern keeps you posted during the construction and delivery period so there are no surprises.

I originally ordered the Skinny Fat, a beautiful piece of furniture. Absolutely stunning. But for my body, it just wasn’t comfortable. I talked to Benchmade and we went in a different direction with the Johnny Homemaker, a gorgeous sofa with simple, classic lines and so much comfort. I chose the blue Ponti leather knowing that I’d be sharing it with my four leggeds. The craftsmanship is stellar, and I absolutely love the way the couch looks and the way it sits. I would most definitely purchase from Benchmade Modern again.

It’s a beautiful piece and the customer service has been excellent. My only small issue is the scale is larger than I envisioned. It’s very tall. I might change out the feet.

Benchmade made us the sofa we dreamed of. We love the craftsmanship and the sleek lines in the Johnny Homemaker sofa. We enjoy the feel of sitting and lying back on the cushions as well as knowing it was made with quality American-made materials. Their customer service was fantastic - they were able to answer our many questions and gave us good advice about color choices when we needed it.

Our two loveseats with the Marfa Java leather were delivered yesterday, white glove delivery went well. Sofas are beautiful and comfortable. I was worried they’d be hard and slippery, but even with the firmer foam + fiber cushions they are super comfy and the leather is soft and supple. Zipping the back cushions to the frame was a challenge. I recommend a glass of wine and marriage counseling before attempting it! 😆 This leather does scratch, that is part of its charm, so as the dog jumps on and off of it we are reminding ourselves that it will look beautiful as it ages! Five stars 24 hours in, will update if anything goes sideways.
