This is the only sofa in our house and the only seating in our living room. For that reason, we wanted something that looks tidy, is comfortable to sit and lounge on, and can seat 4 people comfortably. Bonus features we wanted included having enough clearance for a robot vacuum to go underneath and back cushions that don't require daily fluffing. It feels risky buying a sofa online without the opportunity to try one in-person, but the Laguna does not disappoint. We've had it for 2 months and it is meeting all of our requirements -- even the bonus ones. We're really quite happy with it. In addition, working with Curtis, the designer for fabric selection, was delightful. The only friction with the process was in communication. We had a specific timeline to meet and when a delay in production set us back 2 weeks, we were not notified of that at all. I only found out about it because I checked in. As I mentioned, this is the only plush seating we have. Had I known about the factory delay, we could have made other arrangements. We encountered this communication problem again when ordering throw pillows. So in my experience, I can say the product is great! The sofa and the pillows are of great quality. The only hitch was with communication when things went wrong.
