Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase. The sofa only took 2.5 weeks to arrive- shocking, considering it's custom. I've had issues with other companies when the furniture might arrive on-time in my city, but their delivery partner takes forever to get it to me. In this case, the delivery partner was great as well.
Clearly a high-quality piece. The fabric is beautiful, and the frame is heavy and solid. This was supposed to be for our "backup" living room, and therefore not used much, but we've since changed which living we use so that we can sit on this couch more often. The setup was a breeze also- well designed for quick yet sturdy assembly.

We are so pleased with our new sofa. Extremely comfortable and well made. Spills bead up and cleaning is a breeze. Sections are interlocking so the entire unit holds its shape. So pleased with our decision. I would highly recommend BenchMade sofas.

This sofa is very well-made and the color options are wonderful. It does have a fairly low back but the pillows still give it a nice sit. The fabric wraps, even under the cushions which is a nice luxurious touch.
