Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. We have a small living room and needed a sofa with minimal depth to maximize floor area. There aren't many sofa options to be found anywhere around 32" deep! Our fear was it wasn't going to be comfy. Thankfully, this is one of the most comfortable sofas I've sat on. All areas, even leaning into the top of the back and the arms, are wonderfully padded, a good mix of firm and soft. The seat area feels perfectly deep as well! My parents both took a nap on it this past weekend so it passes the test ;)
We opted for a sectional with bumper and dialed in the right size and color to fit the room. Process was very easy. Shipping was faster than promised.
Super happy with the fit, finish, and comfort of the sofa.
Assembly instructions could be improved slightly by detailing exactly what wrench size is needed (or, better yet, include a wrench) and that an electric drill is needed to install the screws for the legs.
