Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.

Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

    Splendid!

    My Sit Tight Sofa is everything I hoped for: gorgeous, luxurious, super comfortable and just downright wonderful. The color is an incredible green and elevates my space to the nth degree.

    I love everything. The leather has good hand feel. The sleek design and low back fit perfectly in my small living room space. From my kitchen, can easily see my guests and the tv It’s not overstuffed nor bulky looking.

    Top shelf quality and workmanship

    I would highly recommend Benchmade Modern to anyone and would buy more of the products.

    I am very happy with the sofa. The quality and workmanship is very impressive for the price.

    Along with that customer support has also been great even during COVID-19 when I needed it. They always got back to me within 2-3 business days and were very supportive.

    I took away 1 star because I expected safer packaging for the price and they packaged the wrong support so I had to wait for the right one to be sent to me.
