Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

This is an incredible sofa! The best in my opinion and I looked at many sofas from many brands. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the look of it is beautiful, graceful and stylish without looking trendy - which is what I was looking for. But the best thing is the sheer comfort. Lovely piece of furniture. The fabric color and texture are pleasing and the sofa is very well-made. I love love love this couch - it's so comfortable, the color is amazing, and it looks great in our space. I am, however, quite disappointed that the fabric (flavin forest) started pilling after a month. For the price point and the "performance weave", I expected better. The good news is that I'm able to take care of the pilling with a fabric shaver.
