We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Don’t hesitate. Buy at once; this couch is the real deal: the customer service, quality of material/build, and overall look far exceed the crate and barrel and porter barns of the world. The marketing is also spot on: it took exactly two weeks to build to my specification and another four or five days to deliver. White glove delivery is a must; other notes: Arden Dove Fabric and bumper is on the left- they do left and right for bumpers as if you are looking at the couch head-on. Therefore, If you want your right arm to rest on the bumper, you want to select left.

We are VERY happy with our second BenchMade Modern purchase. This sectional was a huge purchase for us and it's been a long time in the making. After doing all the research, I landed on BenchMade Modern for their quality craftsmanship and reputation for high standards.
If you are worried about purchasing a couch sight unseen... Don't. Customer service was great about sending me images of different couches in their warehouse with the colors I liked, and we used the complimentary floor printout.
The color of the couch matched the fabric swatch perfectly (we got Julius Dove), and the fabric definitely looks high quality and feels very soft. We were between the soft or firm cushions and ended up with the firm. I was afraid they wouldn't be comfortable and would feel too stiff. But, that was not the case at all!! The couch is super comfortable to lay on and I have hardly had to fluff anything!
Overall, very glad we went with this couch and I would highly recommend the company!
