We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I originally saw this sofa on the Wirecutter NYT site. I ordered some leather samples and after deciding on the finish I placed my order online. My first bit of good news was when I was informed that the sofa would be being delivered almost two weeks earlier than quoted. When delivered I was thrilled at how wonderful the new sofa looks in my living room and all my guests have been complimenting the piece. Definitely a wonderful look

We love the color, style, and confort of the skinny fat loveseat. When it arrived, there was a problem with a screw on one of the legs (it was bent). Benchmade sent over a technician to fix it immediately.
We are very happy with this purchase and are planning to purchase a larger sofa for our living room in the near future.

Can’t recommend Bench Made Modern enough. The loveseat is the crown jewel of my living room (never thought I’d say that about a loveseat but here we are). It’s so sleek and modern, yet not overly so, and of course ridiculously comfortable. It was an investment but I’m really getting uncomfortable with the fast-fashion version of furniture offered by a lot of bigger retailers, so I went with BenchMade modern and I’m so glad I did. It really seems built to last. The customer service was also excellent.
