I looked at a million sectionals online before finding Benchmade - so glad I did. My small space was an unusual size, so I was hesitant about a sectional, but Benchmade sent the very large paper layout to try on the floor and it gave me a great sense of how it could work. Being able to choose the length of each side of the sectional is very unique in the industry. The color swatches were great. Delivery was so fast, 5 weeks, given the world of furniture these days! A custom piece, very comfortable (got the standard fill as don't like it too soft) a great price, with outstanding customer service, both calls and emails. Could not be happier.

I was hesitant at first ordering furniture without having physically tested. There were options for ordering samples that I did not take advantage of but liked that I had the option. I don’t think it would have persuaded me. The options were vast and I loved the satisfaction guarantee and lifetime warranty on the structure itself. This couch is very spacious and fits well in my large living room. It arrived quickly and the quality is as good if not better than I expected. Overall, great experience.
