We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Wow!!! What a beautiful sofa! We are over the moon with our new sectional!!! This was one of the easiest and fastest furniture purchases that we've made ... and it was custom - both in size and fabric! The fabric is beautiful; the quality of the cushions are wonderful. (Some of the stitching is a little off and there were some threads that needed to be trimmed - very small and hard to see - but I have an eagle eye and I think I'm the only one that even notices it) Overall, the whole process was so easy. We ordered Labor Day Weekend and it arrived 3.5 weeks later! We would not hesitate to order again from BenchMade Modern and highly recommend it for it's quality and speed of process.

I know it seemed like a lot of money to spend, but a great sectional is way cheaper than adding a room to your house—I feel like we had an addition because suddenly we are all using the living room we used to never spend time in. The color is gorgeous, the fabric is soft, the style is sophisticated and the cushions are comfortable. If you’ve been hemming and hawing like I was (I checked out Benchmade for YEARS), trust me, it’s worth it to pull the trigger. Even my husband has to admit he loves it.

Love the new skinny fat sectional. Super comfortable, sturdy and beautiful. 4 stars only because the cushions don't quite fit right, and they look a bit bumpy. But it's a minor detail, and I'm pretty happy with the end product.

Such an excellent sofa! It took us a while to decide with all the fabric swatches and size options, but we have a perfect sectional that fits in our living room like a glove. It's comfortable and, while new, seems not to show signs of wear quickly.
