Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. I was nervous buying an expensive couch like this off the internet, but when my couch arrived, and after living with for over a month, I couldn’t be more pleased. This couch is even more stunning in person and extremely comfortable from the first sit. This is a very sturdy piece of furniture that seems like it will last.

Don’t hesitate. Buy at once; this couch is the real deal: the customer service, quality of material/build, and overall look far exceed the crate and barrel and porter barns of the world. The marketing is also spot on: it took exactly two weeks to build to my specification and another four or five days to deliver. White glove delivery is a must; other notes: Arden Dove Fabric and bumper is on the left- they do left and right for bumpers as if you are looking at the couch head-on. Therefore, If you want your right arm to rest on the bumper, you want to select left.

We loved that we could customize this to our space: the bumper gives it a corner-couch feel while still fitting in our small living room. Happily, it passed my husband's comfort test (he likes a firm but comfortable couch with a higher back to lean on, but I didn't want to sacrifice on style). There are some small pieces on the feet of the legs that seem to have been stuck on with adhesive (a la that sticky felt you put on dining chairs) that fell off pretty easily just getting it in position. Otherwise, it seems very durable. All around, we're very happy with the purchase!
