Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. I was a bit nervous about ordering furniture site unseen, especially with a sectional that we use every day. After taking measurements and deciding on the size, I went back and forth between the catwalk and the skinny fat. We ordered the free fabric samples and paper templates of the sofa (which were so helpful - after putting down the template, we realized we could go larger than we originally thought). We ended up getting the extra deep Skinny Fat sectional with bumper and stainless steel legs in Graham Putty. We paid for white glove service and the sofa arrived just 3 weeks later. I love this sofa and could not be happier with the comfort and quality! This is the most comfortable sofa I have ever owned. I only wish we had ordered sooner!

I cannot emphasize enough how much my husband and I both love our skinny fat sectional with bumper. It's nothing short of perfect! Comfort is 15 out of 10. We got the deep version (we are both tall) and it's beyond comfortable for us. I would put the quality and style and the whole package much higher than RH, which was where we had planned to purchase initially. And the cost cannot even compare to theirs, to say the least. We saved so much money and ended up with a far superior product. Can't beat that!
