We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I got an 80" Skinny Fat in the navy blue leather and it looks like a million bucks and it's a little firm but not too firm, just the right kind of support for the way I like to sit in it. I mostly use it for watching TV or playing video games for 1 to a few hours at a time. I spent months looking at couches and I am so glad I went with BenchMade, it's just a great addition to my space.
I'm at the "buy it for life" stage of life where I am happy to spend more on something that will last and so far I couldn't be more pleased with it.

This sofa is gorgeous and I love it! I was quiet uneasy ordering such an important piece for my small space online. This company made the process easy with their templates and fabric swatches. Customer service was topnotch and the white glove delivery was excellent. I still can't believe that the time from ordering to delivery was just under one month. And most important for me is that it's comfortable!

We had originally ordered the Crowd Pleaser model (among two beds and an ottoman) which came with an issue. Benchmade allowed us to return the sofa and swap it for a Skinny Fat model, which we love. Excellent service and quality product.
