We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

After a prior purchase of a skinny fat sectional which I love, I had the nerve to order the skinny fat sofa bed. It was for a brand new guest room and the sofa bed was moved in hours prior to guests arrival. 2 guests have stayed and say it’s the most comfy sofa bed they’ve slept on. Yay! The only issue is that it’s difficult to fit a fitted mattress pad and sheet in the mattress. So I manhandled the mattress pad on and use a flat sheet for the bottom. I left the mattress pad on so I don’t have to change it each time a guest comes and the seat cushions pop up a bit from the extra mattress pad fabric. But it’s only been about a week and I expect they will settle down after some actual sofa sitting takes place. More a fan than ever, highly recommend. Thank you Benchmade for amazing quality, service and speediness.

My Skinny Fat sofa bed in cognac leather is absolutely gorgeous. The design is great and the sofa is very comfortable. I haven’t tried the bed yet but so far I couldn’t be happier.
