We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Had this a little over a month. This mattress is so comfortable and absolutely no bars or supports hitting you in the back. Very easy to open and put away. The leather upholstery is gorgeous and it's the center peace of our family entertainment room. Great to sit down and easily spend a couple hours watching a movie, while wrapped in comfort. Also great to just stretch out for a weekend nap. Ponti Deep Blue Leather.

My home has no really been my own for close to 25 years. I finally decided I needed to make a change and make my big living room the sanctuary I always felt it should be. My Skinny Fat Sofa Bed in Becket Sage is absolutely lovely. The fabric could not be nicer, and so far has completely held up to household pets. The sofa is VERY comfortable with the standard cushions, and the Becket Sage material is velvety loveliness. The Chaisse has not yet arrived, but should be here within a week..I'm so excited to see it! I'm a very happy customer :D
