We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

It was a tough decision to buy this couch, but it was so worth it. We have had it for a few months now and love our Skinny Fat sectional and how customizable it was. We wanted a deep sectional that couldn’t be more than 100” wide - which is why we landed here! We got the extra deep seats and extra long chaise and are so happy with our purchase. Our pup loves it too. We also got the trillium stuffing which is holding up very well, though fluffing is required if you want the couch to always look prim and proper. Very good quality, the back cushions are very heavy, overall we are just in love. Thank you for making quality furniture!!
