Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We received our custom Skinny Fat sectional with chaises in 16 days! The communication throughout the process was great, and the delivery team was on time, and used great care setting things up for us. The quality seems top-notch - far better to the West Elm sofa we replaced.

I’m thrilled with the product and the entire process. I ordered swatches, the paper layout and then, finally, the sofa/chaise. As you can see from photo, I got the perfect thing and far cheaper and quicker than if I had worked with a designer. The communication throughout was clear and delivery as scheduled. House was under construction so I actually received it before I needed it, but it may have been a a few weeks past the stated timeframe on website, but nothing outrageous like you are hearing about right now (I think was 8 weeks from order to delivery and some of that delay was due to dealing with shipper in a remote location. Too soon to say how the fabric (charles basil) will hold up, but it’s super soft and comfy. I got the firmer back cushions and I’m glad I did, they are very comfortable and don’t require constant fluffing. I would definitely buy from this company again.
