Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.

Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

    Subtle, Stylish, $$$, and Low Maintenance

    This rug paired really well with our Benchmade sofas and swivel chairs, and its end of 2025 price of $1000 (9'x12') seemed like a fair price. After two months of use, we're very pleased with it: it's well-made, pet-friendly, and the interplay of colors is lovely. The dramatic price increase caused us to drop it by one star.
