We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

This was the best purchase that I have ever made in my life! The process of ordering was a breeze and Benchmade even gave me a discount for being a RN :) The updates sent to me on the build status of my MCM couch was definitely appreciated, have to love integrated customer service. The couch itself is lovely, comfortable, everyone compliments me on it. You can tell pride of product was applied to the couch, every stitch and seam is perfection. I ordered an MCM loveseat for my office and it fits perfectly. The color (Charles Spruce) looks great! It is also very comfortable and tall, which fits my height.
