We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

We are so happy with this couch. We were incredibly nervous to spend so much without seeing or testing it out in person. We wanted something that would stand up to our pitbull (she dug a hole in our last couch) and be easy to clean. We ordered samples which we put through the ringer, and after talking to customer support as well, we chose leather in Enzo Honey. We've had it for a few weeks and it is honestly perfect. It is super comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and my dog's nails are not putting a mark on it. She doesn't even seem inclined to dig/scratch it. The pull out bed is an upgrade from your usual sofa beds, it is platform style with a foam mattress, so no uncomfortable bars. And you can buy sheets made to fit the mattress, (but be warned they are pricey). Excited to have our next guests over. Benchmade also offers a great warranty, similar sofa beds we looked at from bigger brands offered no warranty whatsoever. Completely satisfied and would recommend to others.

I am sorry I bought this bed and I just didn't figure it out in time to return it. I wanted a firm mattress, but this one needs an extra topper, and even with the it has been too firm for most of my guests. And if your guest is spending more than one night, your choice is to leave the sofa bed open all day or to strip it completely and close it and then remake it at bedtime. Finally, it is very heavy to pull out the sofa cushion is one single piece that is very heavy to move.

We looked and looked for a sofa bed that would fit our space, provide a high quality sleep, and be a lovely piece of furniture. This one does all three -- beautifully. it's very comfortable as a sofa and the bed is terrific -- like a 'real bed' not a stop-gap for the night. The fabric choices are amazing (thank you for the free swatches) and the overall look/feel of the piece is at the same time elegant, casual, and comfortable. It's magic. We are beyond delighted. Absolutely love the couch it’s perfect. Delivery was absolutely terrible. The delivery guys couldn’t get the box in my front door so they had to leave the huge box on my condo walkway blocking my neighbors. I am a single woman who could not lift the couch myself to get it inside. I had to pay other movers another $260 to come move the couch inside for me since the delivery company was ignoring my request for help.

We are very pleased with the this sofa bed. We purchased for a home office as a seating alternative and double as an overflow guest room. Every part of our experience has been favorable, including very friendly staff (who even checked with us to ensure it would fit in our home before starting the build), variety of fabric choices, fast build and timely delivery. We haven’t slept on it yet but short test was very comfortable - unlike many sofa beds. It is beautiful-our thanks to the Benchmade team! We anticipate having this piece for many years
