We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I’ve had this couch for a year and a half. I love it! I was concerned that if I couldn’t flip the bench cushion it might flatten on one side and look sloppy. Thankfully, this is not the case and it looks just as firm and beautiful as the day it arrived. The velvet is exceptional too, no lines when rubbing your hands across it. I will buy from this company again!

Fantastic addition to our home. The tufted seat is sophisticated without feeling overly formal and without sacrificing comfort. Because trillium is not recommended for use with leather, we have the firmer cushions but they are extremely comfortable (and lower maintenance - no need for constant fluffing). Thoughtfully assembled with Velcro to secure seat cushions and zippers for the back cushions. The ponti leather is extremely durable and holds up beautifully to kids and pets. This sofa is fantastic. We could not be happier.

We were a little nervous with this purchase, but everything was great! The sectional is BEAUTIFUL and COMFORTABLE and we could not be happier. My husband and I had to do the Very Adult Thing of buying a sofa for our first house and did not know where to begin. Wirecutter praised Benchmade Modern and had never steered us wrong before. Benchmade was the only retailer we could find offering delivery within 2 months rather than 6+, and I loved how easy it was to make all your customizations on the website. Our MCM sofa showed up on schedule and was very easy to assemble. It's sturdy, stylish and comfortable. We went with foam back cushions which start out stiff but after a week or so are already comfortably 'broken in'. The seat cushions are the perfect softness, while sitll retaining shape. The whole sofa-buying experience was easy, transparent and quick which I doubt is common. We love our sofa, worth every penny. Thank you Benchmade!
