Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Super comfy couch that with a slight customization led to a perfect fit providing the maximum amount of couch for my small space. Great service from Star & Mike throughout the process. They helped with the size customization and delaying the shipping slightly to accommodate ease of delivery on my end. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Many thanks and will definitely recommend. Now if I can just get the pups to make room for me!

I ordered this with the ponti white leather, and it is far and away the best couch I've ever had. Very impressed with the leatherwork, stitching and overall build quality, and most importantly it is super supple and great to sit on. It has a good amount of sinking into the seat without feeling like you got swallowed and can't get up. Also appreciate Benchmade's ability to reasonably quote this out for freight shipping to Hawaii.

I'm truly enamoured with my new custom sectional from Benchmade Modern. The quality is intensely good, and the comfort of sitting on it is incredible, I was a little dubioous of non-down cushions but they truly are superior to the old way of doing things. I was super nervous spending this kind of big money on a sofa I had neither seen nor sat on, but I am extremely impressed about every part of both the ordering and the actual sitting. Fantastic and knowledgeable customer service all the way through. I do not think I could be any happier with this couch. 52 stars, 1057 thumbs up, and all around perfect.
