Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

We love our OG Couch Potato Sofa with Chaise. It's comfy and my daughter has spilled multiple items and we were able to wipe up the mess very easily off the performance fabric. I'm reducing the stars because we paid extra money for a "white glove delivery" and the delivery service was poor. They arrived smelling a little like alcohol. We asked them to deliver the unit through our sliding door to move the couch into the Living Area. Upon delivery, they hit the slider and I didn't realize they had damaged it until after they left. We took some photos and complained to Benchmade Modern and they would contact the delivery service and we never heard back from them. While I do like the couch, I think it was a waste of money to spend on the white glove delivery service and now we have to repair the damage done to the sliding door.

Love love love my sofa! Got the OG with the chaise in caramel leather. Big purchase for me but I wanted something that wouldn’t be garbage in a couple years. I was nervous to buy a couch online but Benchmade nailed it. So beautiful, comfortable and well built. Being able to customize the size and fabric is so key. Get the swatches so you can see colors irl. Can’t wait for it to patina and get scratched and look like a cool old leather couch too.

It arrived much quicker than expected. It got here in about 20 days. The customer service was great. FYI, if you make a change to your design after the first 48 hours there is an up charge. The quality and fabric is outstanding. I love the color I chose, Charles Vino, it looks great with my black and white rug. The sofa is very comfy. I chose the firmer cushion even though the site recommended the softer ones because I didn’t want it to look sloppy all the time and I didn’t want to have to fluff the cushions. I lay on the chaise part of my sofa several hours a night and it feels lovely.
