Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Overall, I would not recommend the OG because the back is so low. It's not a comfortable couch and offers very little back support. It's mostly for lounging / laying prone, which is nice, but not for 100% of the time for every person who sits on the couch.
Pros:
- Workmanship; feels very solid
- Speed; came to my door within 5 weeks from checkout
- Fabric options, color and feel
- Customization
Con's:
- Wish there was a showroom and I had a chance to try it out; I probably would still have gone Benchmade but not this particular model
- The cushion is not for me. Soft, sure - but so soft that I constantly have to fluff the pillows and show the seat cushion back into the back of the couch.
