Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

This rug gets so many compliments. Looks stunning, gets softer with age. There is some variance in the wool, some beige worked into the whites that caused me to spot clean thinking it was stained. But as we live with it that’s appreciated more as it disguises actual dirt. With 2 dogs and a toddler the rug has been durable and survived multiple stains being shampood.
