Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I don't have much experience buying beds, but I'm definitely very pleased with this purchase. It's a great looking, very well built bed. I got some fabric samples in advance, which made me feel confident that I was ordering something that I'd end up liking. It also has me inspired to buy one of Benchmade's couches in the future.

Ordering the sample fabric patches in advance was a good idea, as we could get multiple perspectives on the best fabric for our bedroom. We went with the Charles Vino, which was actually slightly more refined relative to the website picture.
The bed arrived nearly two weeks early, which was great. Bear in mind that when delivered it was 352lbs in a single cardboard container. I was able to follow the instructions and build it within 30 min. but the challenge was moving it into place for assembly. There will big carboard shipping panels to send off to recycling.
But it is totally worth it. We love it and it is the bed for the next 30+ years!
