We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

The couches are amazing too look at, and pretty darn good to sit in. My husband and I are small people. The couches sit deep. However, a throw pillow solves this problem. We got them in Charles Spruce. Wonderful color.
